Welcome to Zo Zen, yoga studio in Amsterdam Zuid.
In our studio, located at the Inner Energy Shop, we offer daily yoga classes in different styles. We also offer Ayurvedic massages, Reiki, detox programs and all sorts of workshops and seminars.
